If the reservation is cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, there is no charge
If the reservation is cancelled 14 to 4 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged
If the reservation is cancelled 3 days till arrival, in case of Non Show or earlier departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged
Rates include all taxes except overnight accommodation tax (3,00 Euro per room, per night) which is payable at the hotel
Guarantee Policy
A 30% of the total amount of stay is required in order to confirm a reservation and the balance before the departure
